Privacy policy

Kerepark Lawns & Gardens (“KLG”, “we”) collects personal information through this website in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: the service you're interested in, your answers to the qualifying questions, your name, phone number, email address and, if you provide them, a property address and message.
• Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). This is aggregated and doesn't identify you.
• Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser to do this.

How we use it

Enquiry details are emailed to us so we can respond to you, quote and, if you become a client, do the work. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Emails are delivered by Resend on our behalf.

Keeping it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and to manage our client relationship. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users and sessions. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
