Mowing, edges, hedges and gardens for a retirement village, on a schedule the residents can set their clock by.
The situation
A retirement village has dozens of units, shared lawns, narrow side strips and residents who notice every missed edge. The grounds need to look consistently cared for, and the crew needs to work around people's homes with minimal disruption.
What we did
KLG runs the village on a fixed schedule with the same crew each visit. Ride-on mowers cover the open lawns, line trimmers handle every edge and side strip, and blowers leave paths and driveways clean before the team moves on.
Hedges, shrubs and garden beds are trimmed and weeded as part of the same rotation, so nothing waits for a separate visit.
